The digital beauty team at woman&home has learned a lot, from sharing a spritz of perfume at work to talking about life-changing creams and serums. And one that we, as members, get just as much out of as we hope you, dear reader, do too.
We’ve learned a lot about different brands, formulas, and even how to apply makeup from each other, not just from industry professionals like stylists, dermatologists, and MUAs. Some of the best face moisturizers in our bathroom cabinets and best long-lasting perfumes on our dressers are there because a coworker slid them across our desks or talked our ears off about how they would change the game. And why should we keep all that information to ourselves? We are very lucky to be able to try out hundreds of new beauty products, including blushes, serums, and more. So, when we say we love a product, you can be sure that the formula is the best and has been tested a lot.
In honor of International Women’s Day and because these buys are just too good to keep to ourselves, here are some tips and products we’ve borrowed from the other great women on our team…

I asked our beauty team to list their all-time favorite purchases. These are the things they say they can’t live without.

One that sticks in my mind all the time is Sennen’s habit of layering perfumes every time she walks into the office, I am completely overwhelmed by her scent.”Sennen’s advice to layer your scents, especially musky or powdery ones, means that I can add a whole new layer to my favorite scents by mixing citrus with musk or sweet with aquatic. And since I secretly want to smell like the most attractive, unique, and compliment-worthy person in the room, I can’t help but follow this advice.

And even though I thought I had a great selection from the stylish Parisian perfume house, Naomi wouldn’t let me sleep on the famous Orpheon. So after years of her talking about the cult perfume and telling me I had to try it, I finally gave in a few months ago. Let’s just say that I am now a huge fan now. The beautiful powdery notes mix with the woody base to make a soft but classy scent that I love to wear every day. It smells fresh and has a comforting quality but it also has an elegant taste that reminds me of some of the sexiest unisex perfumes.

So when I started a healthy hair routine to try to improve my scalp health and stop hair loss, I had to cut back a little.
