The digital beauty team at woman&home has amassed a wealth of knowledge, from sharing a perfume spritz in the office to dishing out transformative creams and serums. And one from which we, as members, gain just as much as we hope you, dear reader, do.

We have actually learned a variety of brands, formulas, and even makeup application techniques from one another as well as from derms, MUAs, and industry stylists. Some of the best long-lasting perfumes on our dressers and the best face moisturisers in our bathroom cabinets are there because a coworker slid them across our desks or told us about their revolutionary effects. Who are we to hoard all that information? We have tried hundreds of blushes, serums, and other cosmetics, and we are extremely fortunate to have access to new beauty launches. As a result, you can be certain that the formula for a product we guarantee is the best and has undergone extensive testing.

I asked our beauty team to list their top purchases; these are the items they claim they wouldn’t be able to live without.
Elemis Cleansing Mousse, Living Proof Moisture Rescue Mask, Jo Malone Amber Labdanum, and Jones Road Body Scrub are among the top new beauty products that were introduced in January 2026. Swatches of cream, serum, and scrub are displayed on a white marble background.
Take note of what our beauty team says: These are the top new releases that you should definitely add to your shopping list for January’s pay day.
Tatcha Silk Cream, Oribe Supershine Moisturising Cream, and Caudalie’s Vinoperfect Dark Spot Serum are collages of the woman’s home beauty team’s February 2026 product empties (L-R) on a beige background with cream swatches, mauve swirls, and borders.
Here are the 11 beauty products that our team tried, tested, and adored until the very end of February. We are grateful to our beauty colleagues for all of their tips, tricks, and products that we use and adore.
It’s safe to say that each of us has a coworker to thank for the contents of our beauty bags, whether it’s a floral scent we now wear because we first smelt it on them or their positive brand review that led us to discover our daily cleanser. You’re welcome! Of course, we’re sharing all that insider information.
The team of Aleesha, Beauty Shopping Editor, has an impact
Beauty Shopping & eCommerce Editor Aleesha Badkar says, “I’ve picked up so many valuable beauty tips from the three utterly chic, incredible women I have the true pleasure of working with everyday. However, Sennen’s habit of layering perfumes is one that sticks in my head constantly, simply because I am wonderfully overwhelmed by her aroma every time she steps into the office.”
“I can add a whole new layer to my favourite scents by combining citrus with musk or sweet with aquatic, thanks to Sennen’s advice to layer your fragrances, especially when it comes to musky or powdery perfumes. And I can’t help but follow this advice because I secretly enjoy smelling like the most attractive, unique, and compliment-worthy person in the room.”

Regarding her routine, Aleesha can identify the influences of her fellow beauty team members in her haircare, lash products, and one of the aforementioned fragrances.

“To be honest, I didn’t realise I needed this, but Sennen did. I was sceptical at first, but when this product showed up on my desk one day, I knew I had to give it a try. She is a stylish and considerate woman who knows my beauty routines better than I do, and she always sends me home with products she just knows I’ll love. And I’m very happy that I did. With just a hint of natural drama, it has filled a void in my routine by keeping my eyelash curler-styled lashes lifted, curled, and in place throughout the day. The ideal product for days when I don’t wear makeup and just want a little lash lift.
Since I first smelt Diptyque’s citrussy Eau de Sens during its 2016 launch, I have been a devoted fan of the brand. Naomi would not let me sleep on the renowned Orpheon, even though I thought my lineup from the upscale Parisian perfume house was pretty amazing. I finally gave in a few months ago after years of her waxing poetic about the cult perfume and her insistence that I try it. Let’s just say that I have been completely converted. The woodsy base and lovely powdery notes combine to create a delicate yet elegant fragrance that I enjoy wearing every day. It has a fresh aromatic quality reminiscent of some of the sexiest unisex fragrances, and it’s incredibly comforting while still having an elegant deliciousness.”
“I had to wean myself off a little bit when I started a healthy hair routine journey to try to improve my scalp health and reduce hair fall because I’ve definitely gone overboard with the dry shampoo over the past ten years. Thank the hair gods, however, for Fiona, who was an ardent supporter of the K18 Dry Shampoo. Without the use of dry powder, vigorous rubbing, or excessive styling, the light spritz absorbs hair oils and leaves hair looking clean. Without the need for additional drying or styling, it manages to hold your hair in place despite the wet formula.
Influences of Sennen, Beauty Shopping Writer’s team
Sennen Prickett, a digital beauty writer, is depicted on a grey notebook page with swatches of oil and mascara and cosmetics from Glossier, L’Occitane, and Cetaphil.
The beauty advice…
Beauty Shopping & eCommerce Writer Sennen Prickett says, “As someone with oily skin, I always struggle to make my blush last all day long without it disappearing before lunch. However, all that changed when my fellow Beauty Writer, Naomi Jamieson, introduced me to her handy application tip: apply a cream blush before setting it in place with a powder blush.
“Now that I think about it, it makes perfect sense, and I wonder why I never considered doing that myself. But my blush has never looked better since incorporating the trick into my regular makeup regimen. Thanks to Naomi, it can now endure day and night without fading, smudging, or streaking.
The beauty purchases…
Since joining the woman&home team, Sennen’s body care and makeup regimen has significantly improved. This is especially true for her lashes, as Aleesha’s review has led her to use one of the best mascaras.
